Sialkot International Container Terminal Limited was incorporated under companies Act 2017 bearing universal identification corporation number 0081438.

The primary objective and focus of the company is to establish multimodal custom facility for provisioning of door step logistics and custom bonded cargo clearance facilities to the business community of Pakistan’s biggest industrial hub i.e. Sialkot, Gujranwala, Wazirabad, Gujrat, Kamonke, and other vicinities.

The company aims at institutionalization of multimodal custom facility as land customs port having characteristics as:

1. 1. “Inland clearance depot” – (ICD)
2. 2. “Container freight station” – (CFS)
3. 3. “Off-Dock container terminal” – (Intermodal)

The requisites shares (known as qualification shares) for an individual to become number of SICTL are 150,000 share of Rs.10/- each. The dividend payment to the member shall be made according to each member’s shareholding percentage and company’s dividend payout policy. Yet, SICTL is a project determined to change the fate of not only Sialkot but of Pakistan as well.
